Authorities and the Secret Service are investigating an event in Frederick involving an obvious attempt to daunt citizens with the shipment of a threatening letter. The Secret Service is included because the letter specifically threatened Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and vice governmental nominee Sen. Kamala Harris. Like people in many communities, citizens in Frederick show their political choices through lawn signs.
